The Power To Perform, And Keep The Lights On.

The Power To Perform, And Keep The Lights On. 19 Nov 2020

While filming might have wrapped for #britbox thriller #thebeastmustdie earlier over the weekend, Island firm Spyder UK’s work with them finally finished yesterday. Over the last 13 weeks they’ve supplied silenced generators up to 110kVA to the numerous locations, together with distro to cover everything from catering power, heating, site lighting, tech power, production offices, dressing rooms & motorhomes.
Between the many locations across the Isle of Wight, they’ve supplied 1/2km of festoon for roadway and safety lighting, and as autumn took over we supplied a combination of 3-phase electrical heaters for on-set and indirect diesel-fired heating to heat catering areas. It’s been amazing working with their location, unit, props, and production teams, and we’re looking forward to working on future projects with the various teams in future.
