An underground wine/cocktail bar. Single high street front entrance down 13 steps to the main bar entrance. Bar area approximately 30m2 with entrance to large kitchen area. Middle room seating area ~20m2 leading in to an external room with large lantern rooflight. Separate outside area used for smokers. Off road rear entrance is available from Guadelope Road with minimal use by the public if more descretion is needed. None of the rooms are overlooked so could be an ideal filming location.
