This is a large historic shipyard situated on the River Medina in Cowes. The majority of the work is refitting and repair of vessels including lifeboats and wind turbine survey vessels. The location would only be available at weekends as the shipyard does not operate on a Saturday or Sunday. The site has plenty of car parking available.
